On 1-15-2010, I purchased this trial product for $1.95. My account was charged this amount, plus $126.42, and a Cross-Border Fee for each charge. I tried to cancel on
1-18-2010, within the 3 day cancellation policy. Robert, Emp. ID 155183 @ 1-888-332-4681, told me the 3 days ended 1-17. Then I learned that the company is in the UK, does not have a phone number. I read my printed Terms and Conditions that showed I was calling within the cancellation period. Thoses conditions did not apply to my purchase. I called back and spoke with Cindy at the same number. She referred me to another website for different Terms and Conditions. They are not responsible for any terms and conditions printed on a third party website. Cindy gave me the company address shown above. Called back again and spoke to Henry. He politely repeated what was written on his screen regarding my account. (They are quick to add the account comments but refuse to refund) He added that the phone room hours are Sat. 5 AM - 8 PM MST, closed Sunday. So my cancellation period was from 1-15 to 1-16-2010. My 4th phone call, 1-19-2010, was with Brittany @ 1-877-482-5017, another telephone center for multiple products. I did not have to tell my story because comments were added to my account! She apologized but I was passed by cancellation time. I asked for the corp. phone number in UK. "There is no phone number!!!"
If you are selling a legitimate product why do you hide from the public? Why don't you support your product?
Last note. I Googled this UK company. New address, new director, new license since 11-2009. Why does a legitimate company with a valid product have so many changes in such a short time?
PLEASE HELP ME EXPOSE THIS COMPANY. I WILL SHARE MY INFO.

I am sitting here with a heartbroken lady whose bank account was completely wiped out by these unethical devils! We called today 1-20-10 and spoke to a woman who was initially polite, but once she found the order in the computer system, she became super nasty with us and even taunted us! She said, very rudely, that the fee of $126.42 is NON-REFUNDABLE and even refused to let us speak to a supervisor! She also HUNG UP on me! We are going to see if we can do a chargeback through the bank... since this was purchased on a Visa debit card, there is hope... if YOU are able to get a resolution, PLEASE let me know at shane.trish @ hotmail . com so that I can help my friend... I will return and post any results here.

As a last note I will add that I am signing my friend up for a PayPal account, so that she can order things online without sharing her financial information, and plus there is an extra layer of protection! PayPal has its own chargeback procedure plus they guarantee certain purchases themselves... it makes being a buyer a LOT easier and virtually totally safe. I am NOT affiliated with the company but have been protected by them loads of times... recommended!
