My Email to Columbia House:

Once again my credit card was charged for a purchase that I did not make. The last time this happened I was charged for Directors Selections that I did not order. I have gone in every month and canceled my Directors Selections so I will not get charged again. I have a conformation email stating that I canceled the Directors Selection on 11/2/2006. So what have I been charged for this time???

I can't tell because it does not say in my account. There is no customer service number to call and it takes days for a representative to contact me by email. Why do you routinely charge my account for services and merchandise that I do not authorize? Who is going to pay my bounced check fee for this charge since you negatived my bank account? The business practices at Columbia House are criminal at best and I am reporting this matter to The Better Business Bureau.
