On looking into my VERY fraudulent & thieving bank's on-line banking statement of mine, I'd observed that the company "save your identity", of whom I've had absolutely zero dealings with, let alone agreeing to let them join in with my bank & steal from me too. Yet, apparently, while I was trying to secure an "on-line payday loan", somehow they got my account number & decided to just help themselves without my knowledge, let alone permission. In doing this, my bank had yet one more opportunity to rape me financially in overdraft fees, and "negative balance fees". Please let "save your identity" know that I plan to take this to the Attorney General of the United States, and possibly file a class action law suit, with that company named as the "defendant".

Isn't limited to payday loans. Also happens in connection with telemarketers! Please report this to your State's Attorney General's office as well as Secretary of State's office immediately! There are several outfits that appear to be linked together or at least benefiting from the same marketing outfit. Various names include Leisure Time Club, Smart Shopper, Save Your Identity, Identity Protection, American Leisure, Epiphany Long Distance and others. Even giving these outfits the benefit of the doubt (i.e., they're buying consumer information from some unscrupulous peddler), they're certainly put on notice after what must be numerous complaints. Initially, a single representative called my wife back in November of '07 and he ALREADY had our credit card number. WE NEVER GAVE HIM OUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION. No matter, over the next month, charges ranging from $1 to $59.95 showed up. The story we're getting now is that you're not only required to call the marketer to cancel any trial period, but also each and every vendor (very misleading as one is never told this). Total charges to date . . . $356.89! I am bringing a small claims action against two of the outfits, but it would be nice if the various states' attorney generals were to bring a class action against multiple defendants.
