Fraudulent practice started with freecreditreport.com - got the free credit report but did not opt out of the identity theft protection trial service. They ask for a nonexistent transaction number. Can call up 866 number listed in bank statement and the call does go through but operators just leave you listening to air (you can hear them chatting to each other now and then). Utter fraud! My bank will withdraw the money they stole the past eight months (8 X $11.95). Bastards.
