Unauthorized payment withdrawal

CIC Credit Monitoring has automatically withdrew $79.95 from my bank account without my approval. Their claim is that I received a free credit report in 2003 and never informed them that I nolonger wanted their service. It is 2008 and this is the second time I have had to notify them of their error. How can these people be prosecuted for these illegal withdrawals? I should not have to constantly notify them to remove my name. My next step will be to notify the Attorney General.
