I authorized an initial payment of $2.95 covering the charge of further information about membership. With the choice within 7 days to continue. The monthly membership payments was to be $47.00. I understood that I should only contact them if I wanted to authorize becoming a member, with monthly withdrawals. During the week I decided this was not for me and let it go.

Then I noticed on my credit card statement the first monthly authorized withdrawal.

I COMPLETELY AGREE, IM TRYING TO GET MY BANK TO REFUND THE MONEY. THESE FREELANCERS ARE SO SHADY. IM IN THE UK, THEY SHOULD HAVE PROVIDED AN INTERNATIONAL NUMBER AS I CANNOT GET THRU THE 1880 NUMBER AND THEY CLEARLY STATE THAT ANYONE OVERSEAS CAN WORK WITH THEM (IN THE FAQ SECTION).
THEY ARE DEFINATELY A SCAM BECAUSE NO ONE REPLIES TO YOUR EMAILS ASWELL.
HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY CONTACTED THEM. I MUST STOP THE PAYMENTS OR BE FORCED TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD.

The same thing happend to me on my account. They charged me the $2.95 for viewing the website and then 4 days later they charged me $47.00. I called them and they are cancelling my account with them and giving my money back. THe only number that I have is 1-800-750-7660 or 1-719-647-0050

I contacted before your company due to the same error of being charge without my authorization at that time your company reversed the funds, now your company is charging me againg. I has not asked to be a member of your company and I Want my money to be refundend and please stop making this mistake because you are affecting my account .

I have had the same incidents with this company charging my credit card. The credit card company is working with me, but now the charge is on another credit card. Isn't this illegal? How do they get credit card account numbers? What can a person do about this? Is anyone filing a lawsuit? I would like to be notified if there is any legal action taken as I would want to be a part of it.
