Unauthorized monthly charges to my credit card
Complaint Rating: 50 % with 6 votes
This "company" are charging $9.95 per month to my Credit Card. I called to my bank in Puerto Rico (US) regarding this issue and they told me that this "company" will have to cancel the charges first before they can do it. What can I do in this case?

Please advise smb!
