Unauthorized debit to my Mastercard!

RN*R1 SuperPSS Europe has charged me 17.50 Euros since August 2007 and every month since then.
The Mastercard call center tells me that there's no way of stopping this fraud. What do I do? Apparently this has to be reversed every month forever!!
