Unauthorized Debit of my acct.

When checking my bank account, online, I discovered that a deduction had been made and had no idea what it was for.
After following up with the bank and doing 2 days research I discovered it to be a debit from Google Treasure Chest. I have no idea what Google Treasure Chest is, or how they got my bank acct number. I telephoned the number posted on my acct and the lady refused to give me a refund. I turned it over to the local police and FBI offices.
