When I signed up for a scholarship on fastweb I had to accept a trial offer from someone and I chose colonSMART. After receiving the trial offer I called to cancel and the recording was on a loop. I did not hang up for 45 minutes and never talked to anyone. I returned the next shipment on April 15, 2008. I have never received any credit on my credit card and they charge me $88.97 every month. I have received one shipment since April and have been charged for three. I would like to send back the shipment I received except I want credit on my charge account for all three charges. I would also like to cancel any further shipments.
