unauthorized charges, chrgd full price for trial order, would not process membership cancellation & send RMA # until 2nd email sent (they sho no record of 1st email sent 7 days prior-but i have proof!) which made me 1 day over 14day trial( kinda fishy, huh?!), still have not gotten refunds tho they recieved the unused portion at 10:02am 6/16/09. the 1st girl i spoke to, BRITNEY ROSE, said i w/get credit 4 returns 3-5 days AFTER they process it. when i askd how long they take 2 process returns she said 3-5 days b4 i w/get credit After they process it! i said i understand 3-5 days b4 i get credit but u said AFTER its processed, so how long does it take yall to process returns? by now BRITNEY ROSE will not let me finish what im saying b4 she continually repeats the same line about 3-5 days! she ignored my request 4 her 2 allow me 2 finish speaking b4 she started talking and after 6 attempts to ask her my question, i asked 2 speak w/her supervisor. she informed me that she was the supervisor & then she hung up! when i tried to call back, 6 times, it rang 4-5 times then went silent! i sat there listening 15min was the longest time b4 i hung up! the only way i got thru to another lady w/by dialing *67 b4 i dialed the number! i spoke w/recheal and she was polite and tried to explain how things work there. so i am srill waiting on my refund but racheal did give me hope...
