I applied for a loan online...I went to check my balance in my checking account, and all of a sudden there is $31.98 taken out of my checking account. I NEVER authorized anyone to take money out of my account. I want a full refund. I never signed up for Identity Theft, And I do not want it.

THE SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO ME!!! INSTEAD OF GETTING AHEAD WITH A PAY DAY LOAN, I AM NOW FARTHER BEHIND BECAUSE THEY TOOK $31.98 FROM ME. I NEVER AUTHORIZED OR ASKED FOR THIS. THEY GIVE YOU A WEBSITE TO GO TO TO CANCEL BUT ALL YOU GET IS THE COMPLAINT BOARD. I GOT AN OPERATOR 1 TIME, BUT HER WEB SITES WERE FAKE TOO!!! IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO ACTUALLY ACCESS A SITE TO REQUEST A REFUND OR LIVE OPERATOR PLEASE LET ME KNOW. THANKS!

I just finished talking to a representative and i have been fighting for 2 weeks now so i can get my refund and they said i didnt qualified to get my own money back!! i was counting on that money. The transaction was an unauthorized transaction well like they told "{ that i did authorized when i agree for the loan" guess what got the loan deny and i still got the money taken out of my bank account .I told the customer representative that somebody better give me my money or they are going to get alwsuit because it is ridiculous for them to deny your own money they dont have the rights to do that!!they have 1866 575 0260 GOOdluck! but their customer service are rude or go cancelidtheft.com

This is just amazing to me that you illegally take money out of peoples accounts when they visit a payday loan reqeuest website. I have taken action already as this happened to me today. How do they get away with this? Do you know what website is afiliated with this?
