I ordered videos from GGW and now I'm getting these other videos every month and being billed. I'm trying to find some way to get this stopped but they don't make it easy. So far, I still can't find a phone number or web address to cancel this. The packaging lists a customer service web address as DirectVivid.com, but it is a dead URL.
Yes I'm experiencing the same thing. I can't find the number also so I can cancel. They lied to me twice so I want to get rid of this. The web site won't even load up. I think they played me for a sucker.
Ken I found the number to call and they told me a bunch of bull that I can't get my money back, but they will stop charging me every month. They said that I waited too long but when the guy sold me the videos he said return at any time. He never said 30 days. The phone number is 1800-547-2597 ok. Good luck!

That phone number did work and although they try and play games with you by telling you the line may be busy, to call later, long call-wait times, etc. once you get the live person, you just tell them you want the madness (DVDs) to stop and that is that. To return any DVDs for a full refund DO NOT OPEN the package and write, clearly, so to be easily read, REFUSED RETURN TO SENDER... if you would like to ensure it gets there, you can relabel it and pay out-of-pocket, with return/receipt(cost extra), but then you'll know they received it and they should then reimburse you the full charged amount. The number again, in case it is needed... 1-800-547-2597 and the address to return to is stated on the recording at that number... or just look at the return address on the packaging. VV Direct

I too received 3 porno dvds today and i found out my card was charged $39.45 twice!! The credit card fraud dept assured me they will invesigate immediately.
I did NOT order these or request them, I am new to the net and found myself in a round robin of offers, there was one I was interested in, NOT THIS ONE, I made the mistake of ordering something else, and since then I receive packages I neither want or can even use. These sites will keep checking the boxes for you, and even when you un check them they come back as checked. You just can not get out, just like quicksand, the only way was to un check everything and try to escape. This did not work, as my bank account balance will prove!!! SOMEONE HELP!!!
I have never and will never order anything from these crazies yet they have called my phone 5-15 times a day since April. I have reported them to the Federal Do Not Call List at least 7 times. I finally gave up and reported them to every single law maker in Georgia - seriously, I sent a million emails. Anyway, I have not heard from them in 14 days. What a relief.
Anyway, if you get a call from these people, they will use whatever tactic they can to extract personal information from you. Don't give anything away. Not your name, address and don't confirm you telephone number. Either hang up, or give them fake information.
Oh Oh, looks like I'm not alone. Received 4 porn movies that I did not order and had trouble explaing that to my wife. I hope the phone number helps me.
best thing to do is call your credit card/bank and tell them that it is a fraudulent charge, they will reverse the charge. meanwhile keep the product they keep sending - don't even contact them. believe me, they are trying to screw you - so don't help them - just keep the product they keep sending and keep calling your card company every month. usually after 2 or 3 months the charges stop or your bank will want to issue you a new card with a new number that they cannot use. again, deal with your bank/credit card company only, not the video company.
