i was also charged $12.95 for something i didnt buy. my bank statement says... CIC*CE CREDIT REPORT what the heck? and what can i do? i want my money back!!

This is from free credit report .com. it charged me 12.95 as well. My bank gave me this number to contact them 1-800-388-8725 or 1-877-481-6825.
