I have had my bank account drafted $49.99 which was not authorized by me or my neice. We tried to contact the 800-645-2523 which was on my bank statement and then that number gav e me 1015158000 at a charge of $4.99 and they said they did not have a PRM Health Options listed. I then looked up PRM Health Options and found they have numerous complaints of doing this same thing and in one of the complaints I got another number 866-397-3065. I tried this number and talked to a lady named Ms. Francisco who denied having taken the money on the account. I have called my bank and they will do further investigation but I needed to report this scam/
