yeah i was charged $14.95 after going to a free credit report site... the charge just showed up on my card... wtf? is it going to keep charging me? how do i make this stop?
I had the same thing happen to me so i contacted the constumer service via email (you can find it at the "contact us" section of their website) and requested that they close my account and refund me the fee they took with my consent. It worked, and they did it all in a matter of minutes.
