I ordered the tea for free, cancelled the order immediately, then got charged $29, 97 for something I didn't order. They used the name of Living Lean for the debit on my credit card. When I contacted Living Lean, they told me that they do not do business with the company. The owner of Living Lean is a personal trainer in San Diego, Cal. She was getting a lot of the similar e-mails from people all over the world. It looks like this company is really fraudulent and scamming people.

I have been trying to contact you by email you provided and the phone numbers but cannot get hold of anyone to voice my frustration. I had requested for a free trial shipment of your tea through the internet, which I haven't used and will not use in the future as it does not seem to work as you advertise. According to the agreement you were supposed to send me another package upon my request, but what you did was to charge my account twice and send me just one more package which I recieved today. I will send that package back at your cost and I want to get a refund back for $ 31.29 charged on March 31/08 + $ 36.62 charged on April 14/08 = Total $ 67.91 on my master card. If you don't respond to my email within 48 hours, I will have no other choice but to take legal actions against your company for fraudulent activities.

Please respond immediately to my request.
