On March 16, 2008, my account was charged 90.31 for a trial version of ColonCure. I ordered the product on March 4th; however I did not receive the product until March 10, 2008. When I went on the website to inquire when I would be receiving it, I was met by an automatic sales woman. I attempted to chat with her, asking her when I could expect the product. Instead of answering my question, she repeatedly tried to get me to purchase the trial version. I realized that this was not a live person but an automatic chatter!

I called the company today, March 17, 2008 and in formed them that I was canceling the product and returning the unopened bottle for a complete refund. I also explained that the 14 day trial had not passed and I should not have been charged. I asked for a refund and was denied. I was told that they were well within their legal rights to charge me and that the others that are complaining on this website did not read the terms. They stated that they did not care what we were saying concerning this scam.

The person that I spoke with was Mr. Cooper.

I am contacting my bank and will more than likely have to cancel my card so that they do not have access to my account. I will have to file a grievance in order to get my money back. I am canceling my account because they are not a trustworthy company. They said they were canceling my account but I do not believe them.

Never do business with this company, they are liars!
