after reading their advertisement about receiving one free bottle of greentea, and after i had given my credit card # {big big mistake!} i tried to go back in to cancel my order, i unsubscribed myself at least 5 or 6 times only to receive the product in the mail. i am trying to avoid receiving anything else from these people but they have made it so hard to give me their return address, i am disputing this charge through my credit card company before this turns into a big big mess. please help me find these people so i can confirm that they have received my request to cancel my account with these people. regardless i am returning their product back to them, i need this green tea like i need a hole in the head.
I am trying to dispute this through my credit card company I got a number from them to this company which said that they got my information from another company that promote them or something and so I called they said that I couldn't get my money back I said I didn't even order this stuff I said for real who in the hell would pay 79.95 for some mutha........ tea you must be crazy as hell and I'm going to take you to court so I need an address or something so I can file this and called BBB so this is the address they gave me 3131 e.camelback suite 200 phoenix, az 85016
I would have liked to cancel before I got charged because I received the trial bottle and on the third day I started to have chest pains. I have been trying to get on their website for 4 days straight to cancel and I am yet to acheive that goal. I only ordered the trial bottle through a sweepstakes link to win a TV. In order to do that I had to order the trial bottle to qualify. I received a phone call from someone verifying my order and I stated to her that I wanted to try the trial before ordering the $72.00 bottle, but noticed an attempt to debit my account. There is no phone number to call and I can't get to the website.
Same issue - i was charged without authorization, twice now. Somebody please help!!! I am going to dispute this second charge with my credit card company.

I found the above address through google and there was an option to unsubscribe from the product. Let's hope they actually stop. i will let you all know in a month's time. Meanwhile if you still need to, you may visit that URL to unsubscribe.
