I got a free credit report and then they charged my bank account $11.95. I only found out who the company was through this web site. I called 1866-408-4016 and talked with someone and they said I had a free trial but I have no ideal what I had as they didn't send any thing in the mail to show I had anything that I could cancel. They will not give my money back.
