I am incurring unauthorized charges from 75714- Ringaza Alerts and 36726 Ringtone.com Alerts. Both appear to be the SAME company. Total charges to date $29.97 + $9.99 = $39.96. Alltel claims they cannot cancel the service. My 68 yr old mother can not POSSIBLY be requesting this... she barely know how to make a call on the phone she has that is part of my family plan.
