Unauthorized charges!

Free Lotto has been deducting monies every month for the last three months from my account I did not give permission for this company to deduct monies from my account. My bank says they cannot stop the money from being deducted and the only solution is if I close my account which is very inconvenient. It would be appreciated if someone at Free Lotto could stop with immediate effect as I will be taking this further.
