I placed a call in to Jean on 10/24/2008 in regards to charges for service not rendered on 4/21/08. I have yet to hear back from her after indicating I would receive a $845.00 refund. I have called numerous of time, but to no avail. As of the week of 12/15/2008, they can't be reached as their numbers are out of order. I tried to email customer service today, but I received an error deliver message stating Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable. It is now beginning to appear that I've been duped. Needless to say that I am upset and disappointed in what it now appears to be that I have been scammed. Particularly, to know that there are evil people out there that are preying on innocent fathers who only want to have someone advocate justice on our behalf. It is really sad to see that we are losing out in both the court system and legal community who only agenda is to enrich themselves from our sorrow. I very much believed in the Hope that Father's Choice was offering, but now to see that it was only a mirage! I am now $845.00 short in obtaining a legitimate lawyer to help me fight for visitation rights to see my kid.
