My husband called and paid $98 to watch a video. Then was contacted by an case worker. we asked if we were going to have a lawyer their for us in court and was told yes but we had to pay for itso we did. They took $845 for a lawyer so we were sent papers to fill out. we did that and I had to fax them back I tried for 3 days to fax them never could. so they finally called and at this time their taking $48.95 a month out of our account.

We finally get the court papers and at this time I have emailed called and faxed almost everyday and they keep saying the papers are on their way. we get them and they are dirty and lots and lots of mistakes in the papers so I call our case worker and they tell us he died and we get another case worker. Well she is no better because she would not answer the phone calls or emails and i tried for several weeks and one day she calls and I get the mistakes taken care of so she says 'I will email you the copy and print them off' well the email came but it was the opy it was a bunch of letters and jumbled up numbers. So i call back and never get anyone. So i fixed the mistake myself for my husband. He takes them down to the court house to file Guess what? they are the wrong papers. So we filled out the papers that needed to be filled out and filed them.

We called fathers choice and told them a month before the court date and that is we find out that is no attorney for us. But they would call the day before and talk us thru the court procedure. we did not get a phone call or email. I have tried call them everyday and all different numbers I have and get nothing no ringing and no voice mail no answer machines. My husband is the only one working and we have 3 kids plus the one we are fighting to see. our case has turned for the worse and we are not rich but we are making by barely and now we are out of $1235.80. I tried to cancel by the web site it will not go thru so if there is anyone who can helps and get our money back please let me know.
