I was trying to figure out how to buy this tea and couldn't even get an upfront cost without putting in my credit card info. I should have known better but I wasn't thinking they would process the order without me even confirming the info I put in. But, before I knew it the screen had gone blank and I thought... "great"... better than buying a product that was so deceptive.

Then the box arrived. There had been no email confirming the order and telling me it had shipped. There also was no invoice in the box telling me what to do to claim my "guarantee".

That begins the saga of trying to get these people to give me a straight answer. I must have talked to at least five people before someone would tell me where to send the tea I did not want. How hard could it be to answer a straight question? It turns out that it was to the same address listed on the website (I just thought that couldn't be the case!).

I sent the tea back (delivery confirmation) and so I know they received the tea. I waited then for them to be honest about it and credit my credit card. They didn't. I waited two months for it to appear and, when it didn't, I contacted them to find out why. They refused to acknowledge that they had received the tea. It took about an hour to get to this point... them denying that they had any record of my name or address or e-mail... then denying that they had any record of my sending it back. I had left the delivery confirmation receipt at home so when I got it I called again... we went through the same "we don't show any record of your order" "we don't have any record of such an email address". I can't tell you how frustrating these people are (and whoever trains them to do this kind of fraudulent maneuvering).

They are intentionally holding your return until you call to "verify" that you sent it!!! This is the most unbelievable, UNETHICAL practice that I have ever seen. They are HOPING that you will lose your slip and then they'll be off the hook. You have to PROVE you sent it before they take care of their end of the return.

FINALLY, I got the credit on my statement but what I went through was, by far, the most outlandish and ridiculous I have ever experienced.

If I can help one more person NOT to buy this product or anything like it, this will have been worth it.
