I too have just fallen victim to Hoodia Fusion. I placed my 14 free trial over the web and with only a shipping fee of $4. and some odd cents I would receive the product. NO WHERE ON THE SITE DOES IT SAY THAT YOU ONLY HAVE 14 DAYS TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT. I called and was able to speak to a person who stated that the 14 days started when I placed the order regardless of the fact that I did not receive the product for 5 days. When I advise them I would return the shipment for the full refund I was told that a fee of $35.00 would be taken out for the return. When asked about the FULL REFUND guarantee I was told that was not what it says and I should have read the small print. WHAT SMALL PRINT? I called by credit card company and was told to send the product back registered mail and when i get the receipt back to call and tell them they have 30 days to refund the entire amount or it would be disputed. So I await my hoodia fusion and will be returning it the same day. I will let you know how it goes.
