I authorized a charge for AVG virus protection for our laptop, but nothing else. I got 2 charges on our credit card, one for the AVG virus protection and the other I have no clue about.

I have been charged on my debit card $42.39 on Nov. 15, 2008.
I DID NOT authorize this charge. Norton was suppose to have been taken off my system for the conversation I had with the Tech. Service department, a year ago. Have yet to have recieve that refund because your product has never worked on my system. Now here you are again a year later charging my card again. I want a REFUND credit back to my account ASAP!!! I DO NOT want your service and told you that a year ago. I have called your number 877-294-5265 and only was put on hold for hours and this is a piss pour ran company and will not recommend using your company to my worst enemy!!!
