I contacted Vonage for a year to stop billing my Terminally ill Mother, she since died and they are still billing her account and will not stop. Vonage makes it impossible to contact anyone, and even if you get a valid number you will have a 30 min to over an hour wait. This is a terrible blood sucking company that prides itself in raping and pillaging the public.
