I ordered this tea and as soon as I hit the submit button, I knew it was a rip-off. When the tea arrived, I sent it back and after a few phone calls, I canceled the order. I was refunded the money, less the 4.95 shipping charge. Ok, so I thought I was done... but wait! Credit card statements later, there are charges for 'Membership' (800-959-5907) of $9.95 and 'Web Access' (800-281-9006 and 866-363-0187) of $4.95. I called these numbers and they are closed after 5 pm MST. When I called at the correct time, I was directed to log on the internet and talk to someone there. Before this, I wrote to the Better Business Bureau and also called my credit card company to report this fraudulent charge process. Beware of these items that suddenly appear on your statements. Call and complain and have them cancel and reverse the charges! I am anxious to see what else they will try to charge my credit card. It is a huge ripe-off to attach bogus charges that you have no idea are happening. I called Wu-Yi and they stated that they did not charge my credit card for these charges, but they would be happy to give me the phone number of the company that did!!! Is that fishy or what? Wu-Yi is the source of the bogus charges and needs to be shut down!
