Monthly my VISA-card is charged with EUR 17.50 (since 2006). However I don’t use any of their services. Therefore I want to unsubscribe of RN*R1 SuperPSS Europe services.
My Mastercard is charged monthly for Euro 17,50 since march 2007. I have not bought anything, and I did not subscribe to anything. I want this to be stopped immediately and my money reimbursed to my account as soon as possible.

I wish to have the charges made to my credit card cease immediately. I did not agree to them in the first place. I cannot afford it. I want my money reimbursed to my account.
I have just been made aware that RN*R1 SuperPSS Europe have been taking £8.50 from my Visa every month without me being aware of this. apparaently the company is real network and it would "seem" that I bought a ring tone from them (of which I cannot remember) and they have been taking the money every month for the past twelve months.
I have been in touch with the Visa comapny and they have stopped the account, so they will no longer be able to take the money.
There is a phone number for the company which is 0870 2402486 (UK), but I had no success with contacting them and recieved an answer phone.
My advice to all affected, is to cancel the existing card as this will prevent them from taking any more money from you. I do believe that it is a scam in so much that money is taken from your account for a service that you are not aware of, or agreed to. good luck all.
