I ordered a free sample, paid for it and 2 weeks later they send another bottle for 69.95 and charge my account without my authorization.

So I was out of town and are just getting around to cancel this stuff.I had not authorized further charges either. I tried to call but of course they are not in the office until Monday.I think I got this off the ohpra site?I have sent a letter and will call on Monday. We all got stuck!!!
