They put a hold on my account (and i don't know how they got my account number) for $35.66 (an odd amount). Now my bank hold this for 10 business days and they refuse to contact the bank to remove this authorization. Anyone know what to do since this is an authorization or pending transaction not a charge. Of course these idiots will do nothing.
