My partner has fallen for the same scam. As far as I am aware this company operates from the USA. Making unauthorised debits from bank accounts outside of the state of origin is legally classed as international or interstate mail fraud which is a federal offence in the states.

I am seriously considering contacting the FBI. I would be interested to hear of any one else this has happened to also prepared to take action against these crooks.

I have become involved in the same way, they ignore e-mails, and to contact them is either costly transatlantic phone calls, or letters. What can I do?
