I received a free month trial of this product and was later sent a full three month supply without ordering it. The charge for this supply was put through on my credit card without my authorisation. I wish for the charges to be reversed as I did not order this product.
I am having trouble contacting the company to ask why they sent me this product and debited my account without my authorisation.

I too have had extra, unauthorised charges to my credit card.
I did order the product for the "free trial" but found that it did not mix well with my medication and I became unwell. I retruned the product and then found that, 3 weeks later, they charged me for the product. Upon contacting the company I was reassured that, "when they had received the returned product", they would refund my money. 4 weeks later they have not only NOT refunded my charges, but they have charged me twice for "membership" and twice for "web access" (whatever that means).
I have contacted the company again and am hopeful that this will be sorted as this has cost me over $145 (in Australian dollars). I really can't afford this to be happening at christmas time, I have kids to feed!
I will keep you informed if this is sorted out or if it comes to official investigation.
