Ordered 15 days trial of ACAI Berry at £3.95 as did wife. Wife's bank called her to inform that they have had complaints regarding this company making unauthorised withdrawals. Therefor emailed them to cancel, automated response back saying no email support, have to phone, so did. Reassured by employee that account cancelled and no more withdrawals will be taken. All this within 15 day cancellation period. 14 days later thet took £74.25 from account, despite cancelling. When called customer services they said wife's cancelled they have no record of me cancelling, trying to get refund at present
