RN Superpass Complaints - unathorized charges

Review all RN Superpass complaints

RN Superpass

unathorized charges
Complaint Rating: 50 % with 2 votes
Company information:
RN SUPERPASS/ RealPlayer
1903 Crossroads Heights Dr. #206
Raleigh, North Carolina
United States
Phone: 919-457-7485

After checking my bank account I found out that RN SUPERPASS had charged my account $14.99 for a service I didn't request. I still don't even know what type of service(s) they offer and would certainly not authorize any monthly withdrawals from bank without knowing what they are for. When I contacted them via phone, they did not have a record of my name, address, phone number, or account number. They demanded that I give them the credit card number that I made my purchase with but because I had not made a purchase, and I already thought it was a scam, I would not give them any numbers. I was told that even though they could not find my "account information", I would still be charged $14.99 a month. In the meantime, I was charged a $35.00 overdraft fee at my bank.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

they seem to be doing this to a lot of people, I keep canceling every months and they continue to charge me $29.99! You all need to 1. band together and twitter this to everyone, and include @real_superpass.
then 2. we all need to hire a class action attorney and sue them. Too many companies seem to loose control over themselves once they have access to your money via your abnk accounts. This is just wrong, wrong wrong. We all need to band together to stop this teft.

I have recently found that I have been getting charged 39.99 quarterly for an account that I never signed up for. While arguing with Real Networks over the billing they told me that I must have signed up for the free trial to watch Big Brother and that rolled over into this account.

If any does get a class action suit going I would love to be a part of it, I also think CBS Big Brother should cut ties with Real Networks as they (CBS) should not be in bed with such a slimy company.
