i have had exactly zero unresolvable problems with magic jack. i purchased 3 magicjacks and had a problem with one computer. i used their online live chat support and they resolved the problem. the total time to get it up and running including the support was less than 15 minutes.
my kids have their own phone lines and i have a spare. i have had no problems since may... 7 months.
