In September of this year we purchased a very expensive HD TV and ordered the HD package from Direct TV. We have never had our program work correctly. We have called repeatly and were made to feel that we were wrong. We had to sit at home and wait 8 different times for a technician to come out to our home within a 4 hour span. Never once did they resolve the problem. We continued to pay our monthly bill and call almost every evening about our loss of programs. Lously customer service.

i also am having the same problem with this company, having to sit at home waiting and wondering is this system ever going to work right. right now i am on my sixth call for a system that does not want to work right, and i ma very tired of this company.

I cannot seem to get the point across to people that cannot understand english, they are so busy saying I am sorry, I am sorry. We have had D-TV since Primestar and we are so disgusted right now, I don't know what to do. We cannot order movies, I have been on the phone since 5:30 trying and have been told that the show has already started and cannot order now and will have to wait til the next showing. This is utterly ridiculous, I cannot believe this. We need this resolved today!!! 352-495-3650
