I tried numerous times to cancel my order but they will not answer the phone or will they call you back when you leave a message. So, finally out of desperation I called my credit card company to make sure they could not charge me for the product. My credit card company said that they would take care of it but failed to allow them to still charge me. I am sick and tired of this and want to find a way to stop other people for scams like this.
