To Whom It May Concern: This was sent to CBS and MSNBC. I ordered the free trial of Colon smart cleanser that you stand behind. After I received it I contacted my Dr and he said don’t use it because it could cause problems, (I had a gastric bypass). I went on the site and canceled it. I received notice that they were going to send me another supply and I canceled it again! They have taken $88.97 out of my checking account for this . I tried to contact them by phone (it is only automated) and e-mail the site support@colonsmartcleanser.com will not let me gain access. I have tried numerous times and it always says could not find server. I am a recently divorced 50 yr old woman. I have 4 foster children I am trying to support on my own and I cant afford this $88.97 to be taken from me monthly. Is there anything you can do for me? I have canceled this now 4 times. Is this company a SCAM, I don’t think you want to be on there page as a supporter when they treat customers like this! I am returning all three bottles unopened. I hope they reimburse me for this. But I have a feeling they are just going to send it on to someone else.
