I have been trying to get this sorted out with my bank but they wanted proof of cancellation of the product etc to stop them form entering my account?

I just learned of this site and saw the number of complaints on this company.

Can you help me to get the matter resolved where they are not able to have access to my account anymore?

Within 3 days they have taken out over $20.00 from my account. They deposit my account randomly and not always for the same amount.

Please help.

i have a similar request to these people to stop taking money fom my account, to reimburse the money, and to stop giving my card detail's to other company who are in turn taking money from m account and there's no way to trace them and the bank say's it's not going to stop until my debit card run's out of date i think this is a despicable act to do and would like to give them a piece of my mind

There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window.
