charges for non-existant product

I was charged for a non-existing product ... in october 1.00 for each of 2 calls; then when I called back questioning why the sample was not sent we were charged
$19.95 twice ... once for UMG*BUYERSEDGE CALL and the second charge for UMG*MY ADVISER CALL for a total Oct & Nov of $41.90... I will call the bank on Monday, who issued my credit card which was used and CANCEL the Card in hopes that it will end this SCAM... I have checked Websites and now realize this is all a FRAUDULENT SCAM... How can this go on???
today is Nov.29th, 2008 and from what complaints i've read, it goes back to 2004 ... How can this go on???
