I, too, agreed to try a free sample of their skin cream. They charged me $3.95 shipping charges which was okay, but then I found out that they would continue to ship me one tube a month and I would be billed $59.95 a month for it. I tried to cancel immediately but the e mail they gave me to unsubscribe didn't work.They called me a day later and gave me their web site address which was supposed to have their customer support number. Still didn't get anything except a list of complaints against them. The only way to stop them, which I did, is to cancel that credit card and have your credit card company send you a new card with a new number!
Hi, it's Loretta Hall. Please tell all of those who are complaining about this company to report them to the attorney general's office. I have lodged one complaint and the more they get, the better chance they'll have of shutting them down! You can do it on line.

I do not want this cream any more so stop charging my credit card. My card was charge again but I did not received any c ream.

I became interested in this company after my office started to receive misdirected calls that were supposed to go to Performance Health USA LLC (related to Ultra Relief). After investigating the company a bit, I became disturbed by their marketing tactics and disregard for ethical practices. I was charged 66.40 on my credit card. I cancelled order with plenty of time to spare. I was told order was already shipped on February 7. I cancelled the order on February 11th and have called approximately five times since then. I just got off the phone with ordering/cancelling center and was told once I receive the order to send it back to them for credit. They can't give me a tracking number, nothing. I am really getting PO'd over this, this Ultra Relief scam as it goes over and beyond an ULTRA PAIN.
Same as above, I cancelled too, can't get them on phone or via email..they say my account or email doesn't exist. I called my credit card company and they are going to file a dispute against them..if all esle fails I'll have to cancel card and get a new one issued. The stuff doesnt work, and it's not worth the $66 they charged me. I too will send it back..what a horrible scam this rotten company has and has been doing to us all...
Yes I am another one who has been scammed by these guys. I cancelled 4 months ago and my credit card has been billed ever since, that is four months now. I am unable to reach them by phone also so how do I get them to stop billing me? Someone help. I am calling my CC company now also.
