Unauthorized credit card transaction. I ordered a 30-day free sample and did not place a re-0rder. Next thing I know I got charged for the full amount of $69.87 (I paid shipping of $4.95 the first time which was what their ad said I need to do). I am trying to resolve with the company, but I am put on hold everytime.

Same thing here! I ordered the free sample 30-day supply. It did not arrive untill the 27th of Septemeber, and they had already placed a charge on my credit card for another shipment @ $69.87 plus shipping and exchange! I had already sent them an email directing the company that I would not accept any more billing or product as I had only just received the first smaple order.

Same happened to me. They are a total scam. You have to read Terms and Conditions they hid cleverly at the bottom of the page. That is where they are stating you should return the product within 30 days if you're not satisfied. Catch 22. How can you try the product and see if it works for 30 days, if you have to return it in order to get it free. The whole sample for free thing is total bull. They should be reported to the better business buro for misleading the public. I am Ultra pissed off and am turning Green.

This just happened to me this last week!
I first ordered the 30 day trial on Sept. 3rd for 6.95 total, did not receive it until Sept. 29th along with another charge of 69.87 to my credit card.

I have sent e-mails with no response. Does anyone have a phone number? The only way I could contact them was by e-mail, the site had no phone number.
Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

It's such a shame when people take advantage of other people.
All we can do is pray for people who don't know any better!

The same thing happened to me. I was charged 69.87 on Sept. 4. I called 866-540-9633 and actually was put through to someone. I was assurred that the amount would be removed in 8 days. It has now been 1 month and the charge remains on my account. I have tried calling the number above for 3 days now and I only get their answering machine. I am now calling my credit card company to get the charge removed from my account. I would advise the rest of you to do the same. Ultra Lean Green is a big rip-offf and they should be sued!

I was just charged $71.90 on my card and it also took them 30 days to send me the stuff. I called the 866-540-9633 number also and did talk to a person. She gave me a cancelation confirmation number and told me that $69.87 would be refunded back to my card. I told her the amount was $71.90 and she said she was not sure if that would all be credited back or not. I have also disputed the charge with my credit card company as I am not confident Ultra Lean Green will refund it to me.

I call last week for cancellation that stupid ultra lean green because i juste want the free sample and they charge me 5 days after i order the free sample the 69, 87$ I don't even try the free samples and they charge me! I was so mad! i call at the number and they give me a cancellation number but i didn't know if he really understand me i just give my name and not my credit card number! and I'm french so i'm sure that the ultra lean green was a false compagny! just to take money from poeple! i just want to know if somebody was paying back when they call! or they have to call their credit card compagny!
