I have been trying to get information on the sample product I purchased and everytime I type it in I get an error mesage. I want to make sure I have not been scamed and that I will not be billed monthly for a product IM not sure I want to recieve.

I am having a similar problem, I want to return the WU Yi product but OI have no way of contacting them . If anyone knows how please contact me.
