These people are one of the worst internet predators I have it has been my unfortunate pleasure to meet. I actually talked to a human her name is Annie Sheen. I was told a refund will be issued in 6-14 days. I informed her I was filing a report with my local Sherri's Dept. and also going to contact my State Attorney Generals Office to file a complaint. I AM NOT going to wait 2 weeks for them to cover their tracks even more. I sincerely hope everyone of you will follow in my shoes and maybe A class action lawsuit can be filled.

The Ultimate DVDShop - they're nothing more than the ULTIMATE CON ARTISTS! I posted my first comments about this company and their cheating ways back on 2/14/08. And the next day - low and behold I received (2) e-mails stating how my purchase was expected to ship within the next 5-6 business days... IT'S BEEN 5-WEEKS and still nothing! To make matters worse, the phone number they provided (1-213-725-5232) is non-operational! When you call, you are immediately disconnected...

I believe a class action lawsuit should be brought against these crooks.

Low-life losers!
