A huge scam!

This place is the biggest rip off. I got a conformation saying that my order was back ordered. I tried calling and I also e-mail, did not get any type of response. This is a SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AND LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT.

STAY AWAY FROM ULTIMATE DVD SHOP!! Wish I would have checked out these guys before ordering about 6 weeks ago. They at least did answer my emails, but nothing was ever received as it was on "back order". When I was told that my credit card had not been charged, I was quick to tell them that it had been charged and gave the data that I had concerning the transaction. When I tried to call the number given, there was no answer. Finally, my bank was informed and investigation is now underway!!!

Yes I agree, I ordered something on Dec. 21th and they gave me the runaround saying that it was being backordered. Live chat, emails and phone calling(which I never talked to anyone), I kept telling them was I just another victim of a scam and cancelled my order in an email and told them to prove to me their 30 day money back guarantee, also in an email. Finally after two months or so they said my credit card would be credited, and IT WAS! Wow! I immediately cancelled my credit card and moved on.

I was one of the lucky ones.
