I had the same problem with this yesterday. I looked under the Terms and Conditions and found the web site to unsubscribe. Try this link... www.greentea.performancehealthusa.com. Good luck!

I found this number 18882898740 on my online statement for my debit card. If you use the unsubscribe function, it only takes your name off the email list and doesnt delete your account information. You will probably have to get a new card with different numbers because it is impossible to reach them!

You can also ask your bank to try to get the charges reversed as an unauthorized debit to your account... I have called the number and you only get a recording stating that no operators are available to take your call. You can leave your name and number but they wont call you back.

I have tried to contact the above greentea.performancehealthusa.com I have talked with my bank representative. I mailed the greentea product back to the sender by "Certified Mail". I received a call, it seems as if the individual was an Asian woman. She informed me that she was a customer services representative, however not for the above company. The above company did not have a telephone number that I could call and cancel the membership, nevertheless, you are not able to unsubscribe on their web site. My bank is working with me on this matter. I would suggest to stay away from the web site complete. The above company have set their website up to the point you are not able to cancel your membership. The company will send you a supply of greentea for $79.95 within the Ten(10) days trial period. This is to deceive the American
people. You are trapped into their webb when you take the bait and purchase with your bank credit/debit card the sample for $3.97.

This is a huge scam. This is false advertisement and the only reason that I signed up for this green tea was because they advertised Oprah Winfrey as their spokeswoman. Please do not order this product its no good.

I just wanted to try a free sample and cannot afford to pay 79 a month for anything. There has to be a way to stop this it is illegal. Help what can we do?

I cancelled through the web site. then to make sure, I called 18882898740. Sure enough, my order had been cancelled. They gave me a calcellation number for my records.
They did not ask for the rest of the trial to be returned.

Thanks for the number, I am so irritated with the people at the greentea.performancehealthusa.com site. I ordered the sample, discovered it would cost 79.95 per month and immediately cancelled. I have received 2 shipments and my card was charged. I will be complaining not only to my bank but to the better business bureau, and whoever else will listen. This is outrageous.

This company asked me to pay $3.95 shipping charges for a free sample. I paid that amount. They said there will be a monthly recurring amount of 79.95 for a month’s supply unless I unsubscribed from the website. I went straight to the website and clicked unsubscribe me. I got an email confirming I was off their list.

Before I received the sample, a couple of ladies called me for follow-ups, I repeated in my talks with them that I did not want the monthly supply and that I was only interested in the sample. The first lady confirmed that I unsubscribed, so there will not be any monthly charges unless I advise them otherwise. The second lady said I should call them or unsubscribe from the website within 22 days after receipt of the sample, otherwise they will deduct a monthly fee of 79.95 for a months supply.

Early this week I received the sample. The package contained a bottle with 10 capsules even though they had confirmed the sample is going to be tea bags for drinking and that’s what I had preferred. The package did not contain any address or contact information or anything else besides the bottle. I immediately got suspicious and went straight to the website after attempting to call them and getting no response to unsubscribe again, even though I thought it was a onetime un-subscription which I had done already. I received another confirmation in my email stating below;
This email has been sent as confirmation that your membership to the
convenient home delivery plan has been cancelled.

If you have been cancelled in error, please notify Performance Health
USA immediately through their contact page at
http://www.greentea.performancehealthusa.com/contact.php.

This is unacceptable. After all the attempts I went through to avoid the charge deducted from my account and receiving confirmations from them, they still went ahead and got it off my account.
Is there any way the bank can intervene? Should I change cards? How do I get this money back? I have not received any deliveries yet and I will return any attempted deliveries because I do not need the product.

It is a Scam, but I didn't read the fine print. Here it is!!!
I understand that by ordering Extreme Acai Berry., I am agreeing to receive Extreme Acai Berry. for a 14-day trial period (days of availability for actual usage could be less depending on shipping time) beginning on date of order. $3.95 (non-refundable) for S&P. I understand that unless I cancel by calling 1-801-208-7490 within this 14-day period, beginning on the 15th day my credit card will automatically be charged $89.31 (Free Shipping) for a 31 day supply of Extreme Acai Berry. to be shipped at that time to my door. Thereafter, until and unless I cancel, my credit card will automatically be charged an additional $89.31 every 31 days for a new supply of Extreme Acai Berry. Unless I uncheck the box above I would also like to take advantage of the the 21 day bonus trial to PriceLimbo for eight dollars & fifty one cents a month thereafter, should I choose not to call and cancel Price Limbo. I understand that I may cancel any future shipments Monday through Friday by calling 1-801-208-7490. Our hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm MST.I understand that this consumer transaction involves a negative option and that I may be liable for payment of future goods and services, under the terms of this agreement, if I fail to notify the supplier not to supply the goods or services described.

I woke up when the charges appeared. What a dumb dumb I was to give out my credit card numbers. I cancelled about three times using the net website. I called and cancelled as well. We keep receiving packages of acai berry and some pain cream.
We are disputing this with our bank but I think the only solution is to get a new credit card numbers. Patty
