Scam and rip off!

I'm just like everyone else - paid for a set of Quantum Leap dvds - got charged for them - then nothing - it has now been three months - does anyone out there have any agency that can be contacted!

I have a phone number that you can actually reach a live person. I have called them to initiate a cancellation and refund and they said it is under review. I have been waiting over a week for the results of this review, but at least I was able to talk to a living person. I am going to forward this phone number to my credit card holder and maybe they will get a quicker response. The phone number that I have is: 1-800-787-1219. Good Luck!!
