This company stole my money!!! I placed an order on 11/21/07 (allow 12-14 days). It's 12/17/07 and they can not be contacted! I've sent e-mails, phone calls, tried their chat room, nothing! They took my money on 11/22/07 (electronic), and give me the run around for the first 10 days, when I called after 14 days, they told me my order was on back order. When I asked them to tell me who I was, what was my e-mail address, they said they can't provide that. When I asked to speak to their manager, they hung up on me.
